Hi there! My name is Anna Rentz and I am thrilled to be a 3rd grade teacher here at BES. I am originally from Hartwell, GA (in northeast Georgia), and moved to the area about 4 years ago with my husband, Nick, my dog, Nala, and my cat, Ozzie. We bought a house here in Bonaire about 3.5 years ago, and have loved getting to settle down here. 

I graduated from The University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I also earned a Master's Degree in Elementary Education in November of 2024.

This will be my 10th year teaching. I have previously taught grades Pre-K, 1st, and 2nd, and this will be my fifth year teaching 3rd grade.

In my free time, I love to be outside, travel, camp/hike, cook, enjoy live music, watch UGA football, read, and spend time with family & friends.
