Assistant Principal of Instruction


Mrs. Pinckley has been in the field of education since 1992. During her career, she has taught both primary and intermediate grades in private and public school. During her years of service she has served as classroom teacher, elementary supervisor,  Early Intervention Program (EIP) teacher, grade-chair, Better Seeking Team member, School Council member, school-wide literacy coach, system-wide literacy coach, and school-wide instructional coach. She currently serves as assistant principal of instruction at Bonaire Elementary.

Mrs. Pinckley attended Georgia College & University in Milledgeville, GA, Jones International University in Colorado, NOVA Southeastern University in Florida and Columbus State University in Columbus, GA. She has a degree in elementary education, school leadership, curriculum & instruction with a concentration in reading, and is currently working on her doctorate in educational leadership.  She also has the following endorsements added to her teaching certificate: reading endorsement, gifted and talented endorsement, and teacher support specialist certificates.  

She and her husband Jeff have four children Richard, James, Rebecca (Gabe), and William (Miranda). Mrs. Pinckley is a life-long resident of Houston County.

Mrs. Pinckley is happy that her educational career has brought her ‘home’ to Bonaire, her former elementary school.
